Exercise With Kids!

Exercise with kids! Exercising with your kids is a great way to teach them about the importance of health and fitness. Here are a few suggestions of activities you can do!
  1. Mom runs while kids run or bike ride along side
  2. Swim Laps at the pool
  3. Family bike ride
  4. Run around the track at a school (little ones likely play in middle field)
  5. Backyard Soccer or kickball
  6. Relay races (frog jumps, crab walk, wheelbarrow, etc),
  7. shoot hoops on the driveway
  8. hopscotch at the elementary school or chalk on driveway
  9. Freeze tag, when you are frozen, jog in place
  10. Hiking on a trail
  11. Sprints up and down  your street, Little ones tally times gone
  12. Jump rope and jumping jacks alternate
  13. Dance party
  14. Tennis
  15. Yoga
  16. Trampoline tricks
  17. skipping and speed walk alternate
  18. hopping backwards
  19. create an Obstacle course in backyard
  20. Walk to the store or along a trail
  21. Just Dance on the Wii
  22. Roller skate in the neighborhood or at a rink
